We are solsmith, an independent jewellery brand based in the peaceful moorlands of Lancashire. Founded in 2018 by Rachael Salford, you may have heard of us previously by the name 'SalfordSilver'. 

Solsmith uses the simplicity of design, and exceptional quality of materials as its core foundations. With the addition of mesmerising, unique, Australian opals in our jewellery, we think this is the perfect way to subtly express your individuality.

The Australian opals we source are ethically mined, and the metals used are always recycled where possible. Using only solid metals, we can ensure that these pieces are set to last a lifetime. 

Every piece of jewellery is handcrafted by Rachael herself, ensuring that every creation is as special and unique as you are.
