This boulder opal is vibrantly coloured with half green and half blue. It does hold a concave shape to it, please see the video to see this. It measures in at 9 x 8mm and originates from Winton, Queensland, Australia.
This piece would be lovely as an opal ring necklace, or a pendant with a sunburst surround. As always however, the choice of design is yours.

All opal photographs are shot using a macro lens under natural lighting. The colours are never edited. I will guarantee you will find the opals even more beautiful in person - even though they do look pretty epic in photos.
