Deep blue teal boulder opal with sparkly waves running across it. It measures in at 9 x 5mm, and originates from Winton, Queensland, Australia.
This piece would be ideal as a ring stone, or a delicate pendant, or for a more subtle stone in a bracelet design. I would personally set it horizontally on 1.5mm band, with a single gold granulation detail.

All opal photographs are shot using a macro lens under natural lighting. The colours are never edited. I will guarantee you will find the opals even more beautiful in person - even though they do look pretty epic in photos.
