I can only apologise that these images do this opal zero justice. My camera hates crystal opals. The colours are much more vibrant in person, with pink and a pastel purple being its most prominent colours. It measures in at 8.5 x 6.5mm, and originates from Coober Pedy, South Australia.
I would absolutely adore to see this opal set in 9ct yellow gold, so this piece is currently reserved only for those who wish to make this into a solid gold piece. I would personally set it vertically on a 1.3mm band with a single granulation detail. For that design it would cost roughly £180, depending on ring size.

All opal photographs are shot using a macro lens under natural lighting. The colours are never edited. I will guarantee you will find the opals even more beautiful in person - even though they do look pretty epic in photos.
