The cutest little love heart crystal opal! This opal will shine a warm orange glow to it if set normally in silver, however if you would prefer, the orange tones can be turned into blues with a blackened internal bezel. See photo 5 for what this would look like. The opal measures in at 7 x 7mm, and originates from Coober Pedy, Australia.
This little heart would be turned into such a gorgeous ring, with a simple bezel and 1.3mm band, it would turn out similar to image 4.

All opal photographs are shot using a macro lens under natural lighting. The colours are never edited. I will guarantee you will find the opals even more beautiful in person - even though they do look pretty epic in photos.
