Beautiful royal blue/deep purple boulder opal cut into a lovely freeform rectangle. The opal measures in at 9 x 7mm and originates from Winton, Queensland, Australia.
This opal would be perfect for lots of different designs, such as a chunky bracelet, rings, as a cuff, or also would make a fab necklace pendant. I would personally set this vertically as a simple pendant with a sunburst surround, and I think it would look epic in 9ct gold! The choice of design is yours!

All opal photographs are shot using a macro lens under natural lighting. The colours are never edited. I will guarantee you will find the opals even more beautiful in person - even though they do look pretty epic in photos.
