This opal will shine an orange glow if set normally in silver, however if you would prefer, the orange tones can be turned into blues with a blackened internal bezel. The opal measures in at 7 x 6mm, and originates from Coober Pedy, Australia.
This little heart would be perfect for a ring stone, I would personally set it simply on a 1.3mm band. As always the choice of design is yours.

All opal photographs are shot using a macro lens under natural lighting. The colours are never edited. I will guarantee you will find the opals even more beautiful in person - even though they do look pretty epic in photos.
