Sparkly turquoise and grey boulder opal in a long freeform oval shape. The opal measures in at 11 x 5mm and originates from Winton, Queensland, Australia.
I think this opal would look gorgeous set horizontally on a smooth D shape band, with 2 9ct gold granulations on either side of the opal. As always, the choice of design is yours.

All opal photographs are shot using a macro lens under natural lighting. The colours are never edited. I will guarantee you will find the opals even more beautiful in person - even though they do look pretty epic in photos.
