This crystal opal has a yellow undertone to it which would turn more blue toned if set in a darkened bezel. Its surface is scattered with vibrant sparkles of green and turquoise . It measures in at 11 x 6.5mm, and originates from South Australia.
I would personally set this as either a simple pendant, or as an offset hammered cuff, with the opal horizontal along the cuff. As always, the choice is yours.

All opal photographs are shot using a macro lens under natural lighting. The colours are never edited. I will guarantee you will find the opals even more beautiful in person - even though they do look pretty epic in photos.
